About Rebecca: Why I Get It From All Angles
I'm Rebecca, and I understand your practice from multiple perspectives that matter:
The Clinical Side: I started as an RBT working directly with autistic kids and families. I know what operational failures look like when you're the person trying to deliver services.
The Operations Side: As Director of Operations, I built complete infrastructure from scratch—hiring systems, intake processes, multi-state compliance, AI workflows, and communication systems. I've worked across 8 states (Hawaii, Virginia, North Carolina, Indiana, Wyoming, Arizona, Nebraska, Iowa).
The Neurodivergent Side: As an AuDHD person, I don't guess what makes spaces overwhelming—I know. I've experienced the sensory overload of poorly designed environments and executive function barriers of unclear processes firsthand.
The Trauma-Informed Side: My training in trauma-informed approaches means I design operations that prioritize safety, predictability, and autonomy—not just for clients, but for staff too.
The Tech Side: I implement AI integration and automation that actually works. I build systems that talk to each other and use AI to reduce administrative burden.
The Language Side: I'm bilingual (English/Spanish) and can support practices serving diverse communities.
Now I help ABA practices build operational foundations that are:
- Efficient without being robotic
- Neurodivergent-friendly by design
- Automated without losing human connection
- Scalable without losing what makes you unique
Let's build operations that actually work—for everyone.

Frequently asked questions
Q: How is fractional different from full-time?
You get Director-level operational expertise without the $80-120K salary. I work with multiple practices, so you only pay for the time you need—whether that's a one-time project or ongoing monthly support.
Q: What states do you have experience in?
I've worked extensively in Hawaii, Virginia, North Carolina, Indiana, Iowa, Wyoming, and Arizona. I can support practices in any state—multi-state experience means I know how to navigate different regulatory environments.
Q: Do you provide clinical supervision?
No. I focus exclusively on operations—hiring, intake, systems, compliance, scaling. For clinical/BCBA supervision, I can refer you to trusted colleagues.
Q: What's AuDHD and why does it matter?
AuDHD means autistic + ADHD. It matters because I can identify operational and environmental barriers that neurotypical consultants miss—sensory issues, executive function challenges, communication needs. This is lived experience combined with operational expertise.
Q: Will AI replace the human element?
No. AI should never replace clinical judgment or authentic connection. I help you identify what AI can handle (documentation, scheduling, data analysis) so your team has MORE time for irreplaceable human work.
Q: Can we work in Spanish?
Absolutely. I'm bilingual and can work with Spanish-speaking practice owners and teams.
Q: How long does a typical project take?
One-time projects: 4-8 weeks. Fractional partnerships: Ongoing (minimum 3 months). We'll discuss timeline during your free discovery call.
Q: What if I'm not sure what I need?
That's exactly what the free discovery call is for. We'll discuss your challenges and I'll recommend the right starting point—even if we don't work together.
